**Position: Support Worker/Carer**

**Location: Pacific Pines, QLD.**

We are committed to providing high-quality, affordable in-home aged care services, distinguished by our innovative approach that reduces total costs by 30% to 50% through mínimal management and service fees.

**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in the Pacific Pines, QLD, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Availability for overnight shifts during the week and weekends
