**Traineeship Opportunity Cert III in Business - Administrator - Full Time**

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an **Administrator.** This is an exciting opportunity to build a strong foundation in office administration while supporting a busy and dynamic business (Construction Industry/ Earthmoving & Transport).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling and coordinating jobs
- Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with enquiries
- Creating and sending workorders to contractors
- Basic bookkeeping support
- General office administration and support tasks

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great attention to detail and organisational ability
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team
- Must be reliable with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Commitment to attend and complete TAFE studies for your Cert III in person or virtually
- Ideal for school leavers or career changers
