Traineeship Opportunity Cert III in Business - Administrator - Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to build a strong foundation in office administration while supporting a busy and dynamic business (Construction Industry/ Earthmoving & Transport).

Key Responsibilities:

· Scheduling and coordinating jobs

· Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with enquiries

· Creating and sending workorders to contractors

· Managing the company inbox and responding to emails

· Basic bookkeeping support

· General office administration and support tasks

What We're Looking For:

· Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

· Great attention to detail and organisational ability

· Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, email management, spreadsheets)

· Must be reliable with a willingness to learn and take initiative

· Commitment to attend and complete TAFE studies for your Cert III in person or virtually

· Ideal for school leavers or career changers

Location & Hours:
