About the Role:

- Provide administration support to the Youth Services Unit
- Complete general administration functions such as answering telephones, data processing and filling.
- Assist and provide support to staff on various tasks and projects.
- Create and maintain various records and correspondence
- both manual and electronic.
- General word processing and data entry
- Liaise with people at all levels, both within and outside of the council.

About you:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multi task
- High level customer service skills
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willing to undergo Police Check
