We’re on the lookout for **friendly, energetic, and customer-focused legends** to join our casual pool of **Customer Service Officers**. Whether you're greeting guests with a smile, helping members with bookings, or keeping things running smoothly at reception — you’ll be the face of our fantastic facility.

As our facility is a 7 day operation, you will be required to work weekends and be flexible to work across a range of short shifts including early mornings and evenings (unfortunately this position does not accommodate working during school hours).

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Welcoming and assisting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Handling bookings, memberships, and general enquiries
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Leisure Centre
- Creating a positive and inclusive experience for all visitors

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A genuine love for helping people
- Great communication and multitasking skills
- Previous customer service experience (bonus points for leisure or fitness industry)
- Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts
