We have safely and sustainably developed CSG since 2000 and supplied it commercially since 2004 - for both industrial use and power generation in Queensland, and for power generation in the east coast gas market.

Today, Arrow owns and operates Braemar 2, a 450-megawatt gas-fired power station south-west of Dalby and is developing the Surat Gas Project in western Queensland. Sanctioned in 2020, the Surat Gas Project’s first phase comprises more than 600 coal seam gas wells and will bring 5 trillion cubic feet of gas to market over 27 years.

To meet our growing demands, we are looking for **a Planner **to join our team, on a 2 year contract.

**The Role**
**Reporting to the IAP Manager**, you will integrate heavily with multiple functions/disciplines internal and external to the organisation to coordinate, build and maintain accurate project schedules.

This is a Brisbane based position and may require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.

**In addition you will**:

- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
- Maintain the accuracy of project schedules to deliver projects as per the Business Plan, Work Plan and Budget opportunities and execution commitments.
- Report on the detailed projects to the relevant project execution engineers, senior planners and dedicated project cost controllers.
- Analyse end-to-end project schedules and data for risks and opportunities.
- Provide key business stakeholders custom Integrated Activity Plan reports.

**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety.

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Relevant university degree or other professional qualification.
- Proven experience and success within a planning role, project management and scheduling.
- Demonstrated experience within Land Access and Approvals.
- Degree-level analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain high quality multi-discipline schedules from concept to execution.
- Ability to steer multiple, (at times) conflicting, parties towards a common goal with effective and professional stakeholder engagement.
- Technical understanding of maintenance, drilling and construction related to Coal Seam Gas delivery.
- Knowledge of advanced Primavera P6 coding, filter, reporting and data manipulation / transfer.
