**The Company**
Work for an ASX-listed public company with a huge focus on renewable energy development. It is a major integrated electricity generator, and electricity and natural gas retailer.

**The Role**
As the Lead Planner, reporting to the Planning Manager you will play an integral part in the Development team. Responsible for providing planning, scheduling, and cost control support to ensure the Development project schedules:
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Preparation, development, and maintenance of project schedules for the Development Phase of Wind, Solar, Batteries, and Gas Generation projects initiatives undertaken by AD&C.
- Provide comprehensive details of the execution phase of the project that is ready to hand over to an Execution planner 3 months prior to FID.
- Progress update and progress performance reporting for assigned Wind, Solar, Batteries and Gas Generation projects.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly project reports and dashboards for assigned projects.
- Transition of the project schedule information to Execution phase planners during and after project FID
- Input into process improvement initiatives for Scheduling and Project Controls processes
- Mentoring and knowledge transfer of Wind Farm projects scheduling methodologies, challenges and possible risks and issues.

**Key Requirements**
- Wind Farm experience is essential
- Experience as a Planner in the Wind Farm space
- Confident and clear communicator
