- Identify resourcing required for the work and provision of impact assessments based on varying schedule options.
- Produce and evaluate work group requirements in a multi-disciplinary rail environment, considering stakeholder requirements, access, resource, and asset constraints, and provide sound advice on project options.
- Review and critique schedules from third parties and integrate these into the overall project schedule.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the needs for rescheduling of their resources to achieve optimal resource loading.
- Identify timescale opportunities/threats to the project and liaise with the appropriate members of the project team to achieve ‘best for project’ outcomes.
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Extensive project planning experience including 3+ years’ experience in planning roles on heavy construction projects and proven experience in planning roles on major infrastructure projects.
