**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will have the overall responsibility to manage the day-to-day activities for the assigned client sites in Australia and New Zealand.
You’ll be the key point of contact on-site and in region for the client staff including senior managers, local staff and key stakeholders. You will also proactively manage and engage with various stakeholders to ensure facilities and property management services are not impacting operations.
**An Overview of the role**:
Manage and coach JLL staff at all client sites in Australia and New Zealand
Primary point of contact for Client on-site teams regarding facilities services
Oversee technical and facilities operations, ensuring all critical environment requirements and met
Train staff in the use of work order management systems and JLL technologies
Monitor and maintain contract performance measures
Conduct property inspections across the portfolio
Provide 24/7 emergency response support and site attendance for base building services
Ensure JLL Operational Risk Management program is implemented and maintained
Implement and uphold disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Work with JLL procurement team to align procurement process to best practice
Assist in budget/finance management across the portfolio
Track regional critical KPI’s regarding safety, work order execution and budgets

Comprehensive Facilities Management/Operations experience
Client centric and sound communicator with various stakeholders
Strong leadership capabilities and able to promote cultural values, standards
Financial acumen and experience in budget management
OH&S knowledge
Demonstrated stakeholder engagement experience
Forward-thinking and able to drive change in a rapidly evolving environment
