**Description**:
**About the Role**:
The Well Testing Operations Manager will lead and oversee the safe, effective, efficient, and profitable operations of the Service Line. This role is ultimately accountable for the overall wellbeing of all employees within the Service Line, ensuring all legislative & industry training requirements are met and adhered to and that all plant & equipment is supplied in good & serviceable condition to enable safe & reliable execution of all contracted work scopes.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Monitoring and approving all areas of product line expenditure within the assigned delegation of authority
- Executing project ramp up and reduction safely and efficiently reducing HSE and commercial risk ALARP
- Setting & managing employee behavioral & performance expectations (IPP)
- Assessing project requirements through tenders, RFI’s & client interactions to ensure service quality standard is set & maintained throughout entire project from concept through execution & project wrap up.
- Fostering healthy and positive workplace culture that promotes innovation, growth, learning and collaboration
- Leading / Assisting incident investigations by gathering the facts of the incident accurately and ensuring all corrective actions & controls are implemented asap and that all event learnings are shared within the project to minimize any potential re-occurrence
- Working with client stakeholders to satisfy both parties needs through contract development & executions
- Working with internal &/or external engineering teams to develop equipment modifications / improvements
- Effectively manage cost control initiatives, working with operations teams & suppliers

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:

- Bachelor of Electrical, Mechanical or Petroleum engineering.
- ISI or DCGI industry standard induction course
- 8-10 years prior industry relative experience
- Ideally business unit specific experience through field-based positions and progression
- Understanding of well testing principles and processes
