**The role**:
Due to growth Cater Care is currently seeking the services of an experienced and qualified Hospitality professional to join our Adelaide Office team as an Operations Manager.

The successful applicant will have proficient experience in Aged Care, Retirement or Health Care with specific skills in working within the vulnerable persons sector.

**Key Attributes required for the position**:

- Experience and understanding of the SA Food Authority Legislation and Aged Care Accreditation process.
- Expertise in menu writing, production and delivery of special diets including texture modified meals, thickened fluids and HPHE meals and supplements.
- Previous experience in the contract catering industry is preferred.
- Possess the ability to develop strong and effective client relationships.
- Managing teams and time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Travel required (as mentioned above) - Car allowance included in salary package.

**Key Criteria**:

- Trade Certificate in Commercial Cookery, Hospitality qualifications or similar.
- Food Safety Supervisor
- The ability to lead, motivate, direct teams and work independently
- Delivery of Financial targets in line with company budgets and implementation of cost control practices.
- Demonstrated leadership in compliance and safety first culture
- Experience in assisting the growth of your existing portfolio.
- Professionalism and accountability along with personal values aligned to the company values of Care, Pride and Community are a must.
