About the role

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our Ipswich Branch on a permanent, full-time basis.

As the face of Elders, your exceptional customer service skills will be instrumental in creating positive first impressions and fostering strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for clients and guests- Maintain office efficiency through effective communication and task prioritization- Exhibit professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions- Demonstrate initiative and proactivity in achieving optimal outcomes- Support our teams in delivering seamless client experiences throughout the sales process

About you- Proven initiative, organization, and time management skills- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities-
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively- Enthusiastic, energetic personality with a proactive approach to challenges- Strong team player capable of performing under pressure- Reliable, punctual, and well-spoken
