  • Must be available to work weekdays with shifts finishing at 5:30pm

  • Available to work some weekends and Thursday evenings

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist (or in a medical/healthcare admin role).
  • Confidence using medical software (Best Practice experience highly regarded).
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
  • Ability to juggle bookings, billing, and patient queries without breaking a sweat.
  • Team player who can also work independently.
  • A calm, caring, and respectful approach with patients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greeting patients with a smile (even on Monday mornings).
  • Managing phone calls, bookings, recalls, and referrals.
  • Processing Medicare, DVA, and private accounts.
  • Supporting doctors, nurses, and fellow admin staff with day-to-day tasks.
  • Keeping the front desk organised, efficient, and welcoming.
