CAMILLA is on the hunt for a Digital Conversion Assistant to join our Ecommerce tribe.
The Digital Conversion Assistant will take responsibility for developing and leading our personalisation activities online and through channels to deliver customers unique experiences.
You will have the opportunity to bring your energy and passion as the product expert of a high-performing team, working collaboratively on the success of a digital led business reporting back on campaign performances and suggesting future changes with performance forecasts.
**As our Digital Conversion Assistant you will be responsible for..**
- Leading the Personalisation and CRO initiatives to help deliver a fully immersive high-performing digital end-to-end experience globally.
- Developing and owning a flexible Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and Personalisation Roadmap across products and core digital channels.
- Growing the online conversion rate and provide market research on other competitors and insights
- Use research to provide teams with a better understanding of our customers’ goals, needs and behaviours and identify pain points or areas of concern
- Own the experimentation process using A/B testing to make informed decisions
- Working collaboratively across the department to ensure cohesive campaign experiences and execution
- Build reporting that enables continuous monitoring and improvement of key KPIs.
- Work with the Digital Optimisation Manager to drive and prioritise improvements to functionality and overall customer experience
**Who we are searching for**:
- Highly organised with the ability to set priorities and use the available resources effectively.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
- Proven experience in a similar role is essential, ideally in an agency or a client in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge and experience working in content management systems, HTML, CSS
- Experienced in extracting actionable results using a variety of tools and techniques
- Strong understanding of industry trends and best practice CRO strategies
- Have a natural curiosity and passion for challenging assumptions made by the business
- Excellent team skills; the flexibility to pivot with strategy and proven ability to work cross-functionally, as well as within own function
