**About the role**
- The Digital Delivery Manager is a seasoned and strategic individual tasked with delivery of our Commercial Fuels digital roadmap and to oversee the successful delivery of digital projects and programs.
- This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- The role will manage delivery squads and work closely with key technology and commercial partners.

**Key responsibilities**

Lead and manage the delivery of complex digital deliveries

Lead initiatives through the delivery life cycle and translate strategy into digital solutions implementation. This includes planning and coordinating required resources, management of change execution and digital tooling development to progress projects through each phase.

Support digital roadmap definition

Support idea generation and solution definition order to assist the department in maximising the value generated by the business and delivering on strategy. This includes considering the team capabilities required to support the digital roadmap, addressing capability gaps and identifying enablers to business growth success. Prioritise product features and ensure alignment with business goals.

Delivery, execution & measures

Lead the delivery process using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA) to ensure efficient execution. Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and identify and mitigate risks and dependencies throughout the development lifecycle. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, analysing data to identify areas for improvement and iterate on the solution. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital product development. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear and transparent communication.

Team Management

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of professionals. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment. Empower team members to take ownership and contribute their best work. Provide performance feedback and help team members develop their skills and careers.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Engineering, Finance or or related discipline or relevant operational experience
- Project 10+ years of technology and commercial delivery experience with 3 years in a leadership role
- Proficient in digital delivery, technologies and tools
- 3 to 7 year’s downstream oil industry and/or petroleum trading companies in areas such as Supply planning, Supply operations, line finance roles, corporate planning and strategy, and distribution and sales leadership positions.
- Application of agile project methodology

- Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends, with experience in running digital projects
- Ability to start and execute complex projects including management of change, project methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
