**About you**:
This will build up to what we call a 360 role in time - however, there is nothing traditional about this role
Experience is not necessary - we prefer industry experience and LOVE fashion & retail backgrounds so if this is the sign you need - look no further We never shy away from entrepreneurial profiles either

A lot of the attributes you need to be successful are ones that you will have built in previous roles and are highly transferable such as:
- Professional experience in a retail/fashion business in a Head Office role or a Store Management role
- You have a strong understanding of fashion brands, trends and who influences in this space
- You try, try and try again - you are highly organised, tenacious, and resilient - giving up is not part of your vocabulary, and you are able to bounce back quickly from disappointment
- A natural people connector, you are warm, naturally inquisitive, empathetic, and tenacious - you naturally attract people to you, are ethical, trustworthy and highly principled
- Self-starter, adaptable and agile - you will operate with high levels of autonomy and independence
- You are your word - you understand how to set and manage expectations and deliver on a deadline once set
- You treat people with respect, are quick to rectify errors and always look for the lessons and silver linings - implementing the learnings to try and prevent the same error from happening twice
- Excellent time management skills - you are able to manage multiple priorities and are disciplined in your methods for holding yourself accountable.
**About the role**:
- Account Management of client base - building relationship through key touchpoints
- Posting Job advertisements - identifying the most relevant platform to connect with professionals
- Ad-hoc administration and events
**What’s in it for you?**
This role can operate from anywhere in Australia, but preference is Sydney or Melbourne.
We have the flexibility for one full-time role or would consider part-time hours working across 4-5 days.

- Work flexibility - Initially a work from home role - moving to one or two days a week from a shared office space.
- Freedom to work independently - what matters is the level of service and results you achieve not the specific hours spent in front of your desk. We ask you to do what it takes and often need to accommodate someone else’s availability which can mean some after-hours interviews etc
- We have spent the last 6 months transforming digitally and a rebrand is launching in November
