We have multiple Full-time and 12 month Fixed term contracts for Inbound Customer Support Officers based in Bendigo.

Put your existing Administrative and Customer Service skills to use working for one of Australia’s leading Trustees in their Customer Service division. In these challenging and uncertain times the mental health and well-being of Victorian citizens remains a key priority and to demonstrate this ongoing commitment is offering assistance. Your role as a Personal Hardship operator, will be to respond and assist members of the community and determine how best to support them, whilst recording data and processing requests.

We are looking for a compassionate and resilient individual with experience in Administration and/or Case Management. You will also possess the following skills and attributes;
- Problem solving
- High level of empathy
- Computer usage (intermediate - advanced)
- Communication (in both written and verbal forms)
- Organisation
- Self-management
