**Marketing Specialist**

Brisbane, QLD | Full-time | Salary $70k - $80k perks

Dog & Gun Coffee is looking for a **content-savvy, outdoors-ready Marketing Specialist** to help us tell stories that fuel adventure. You’ll be behind the camera, in the field, and at the heart of our brand... capturing, creating, and curating photo, video, and graphic content that brings our message to life across multiple channels.

This role is **hands-on and creative**, perfect for someone who loves storytelling through visuals, thrives in wild environments but is a tech-savvy and at the forefront of marketing developments.

**Your Day-to-Day Will Include**:

- Producing and editing high-quality **video and photo content** for web, social, and campaigns
- Designing **graphics, reels, thumbnails**, and other assets that reflect the brand
- Managing and maintaining our **camera and audio equipment**:

- Publishing and scheduling content across **Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc.**:

- Working closely with our internal team and **external creatives** (freelancers, agencies, influencers etc)
- Attending **events, expos, product shoots**:

- Travelling on **remote adventures** to document and create content in wild places

**To Be Successful, You’ll Need**:

- Strong skills in **video editing, photo editing, and graphic design**:

- Proficiency with tools like **Adobe Suite, CapCut, Lightroom, Final Cut/DaVinci, Canva**, etc.
- Experience **preparing marketing campaigns across multiple mediums**:

- Experience **filming and photographing in highly dynamic, outdoor environments**:

- Confidence working solo or as part of a small team
- A passion for the **outdoors, rugged landscapes, and real stories**:

- The ability to **operate safely and effectively** in remote locations (basic bush skills, self-reliance, common sense) - essential
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- Based in **Brisbane or surrounds**

**Bonus Points For**:

- Drone operation experience
- Audio production or podcast editing skills
- Experience with content planning tools (e.g., Notion, Buffer, Later)
- Prior work in eCommerce and/or outdoor brands

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
