Position**:Part-time**

Time**:Morning and evening 2 hour shifts 8AM-10AM, midday 12PM-2PM & 6PM-8PM**

Days**:Regular repeating roster 7 day per week (regular shifts)**

Location**:Bayswater (travel to and from Bayswater is a requirement)**

Care Kin is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker(PCA) in the Bayswater/Wantirna area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities by facilitating their participation and engagement within the local community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
- Respect clients' choices, dignity, and independence
- Monitor Oxygen Staturation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Facilitate engagemnt with community
- Assist in keeping the residence maintained
- Provide Personal Care Assistance (**PCA**) - Showering, toiletting, etc.

**Requirements**:

- ABN
- Experience working with individuals with physical and mental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
