My Supports is an organisation led by people with firsthand experience in disability. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll join a vibrant local Neighbourhood Team with a close-knit group of fellow support workers, all led by an experienced Team Leader.

Our Team Leaders offer day-to-day support and guidance, collaborating with you to understand our clients' needs. This approach helps us deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports.

We are seeking Support Workers to cover a variety of shifts with in the **Bayswater and Bassendean area.**

- **Higher than award rates** -Hourly rates between $35.31 to $37.82, depending on shift length. We also offer a higher allowance for sleepover shifts

**Requirements**:

- Permanent Australian Working Rights (preferred)
- Australian Driver's Licence (preferred)
- Comprehensive Car Insurance (Required upon commencement)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Required upon commencement)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Required upon commencement)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Disability Support Work: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Australian Driver's Licence (required)
