**How will I help?**

You will be working as part of the Open Banking Service Management team as a Technical Lead, consulting and evaluating Open Banking technical integrations (new capabilities to our new API platform) from internal teams and vendors, assisting with diagnosing root cause for incidents, managing vendors and assisting in maturing the Service Management processes in this space.

**What do I need?**
- REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, IAM, OAUTH2, YAML, Swagger, API gateway technology, SQL queries.
- Java 1.8 or above - for code & issue analysis
- Phoenix HBase knowledge - for DB analysis
- PING
- AppDynamics and Splunk
- Good knowledge of languages - to help aid in API exploration, prototype development, issue resolution and other tasks.
- APIs & Functional testing knowledge - for checking API responses for incident analysis.
