**About the Project**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Work closely with project managers, stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
- Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring that they are following safety protocols and working efficiently
- Ensure that all construction work is completed in compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Ensuring site WH&S, compliance and security
- Oversee building and grounds maintenance
- Hold meetings with crew to communicate and train teams/individuals to the companies expectations of safety, quality, and timeline standards

**Requirements**:

- Valid QLD Building Licence Required
- White card Required
- Proven experience as a Builder, 3-4 years preferable
- Strong project management skills
- Great leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and apart of a team
- HR Truck Licence not required but appreciated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Building: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Building Licence (preferred)
