**In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By**
- Sales responsibility for accounts management in Oceania.
- Responsible for relationships with responsible customers.
- Execution of Human Health Biosolutions B2B Global and Regional strategies
- Responsible for Sales Budget, Sales Estimate, Forecast, etc.
- Responsible for new business development and pipeline building.
- Responsible for trademark, IP execution and marketing activities for both Novonesis initiatives and customer needs.
**To succeed you must hold**
- Fluent English of writing and communication.
- Bsc. or higher in Food and Nutrition, Chemicals or Biology, MBA is preferred.
- 8+years of value-selling sales experience in multinational companies, 5+ years in dietary supplement, probiotics, health nutrition or OTC experience is preferred.
- Accept travel around 50%
