As the Venue Manager, you will manage all aspects of the hotel - beverage and gaming. The role requires strong leadership and management skills, enthusiasm with a willingness to learn. **Key responsibilities include**:

- Creating a culture where the team feel safe, valued and enjoy coming to work.
- Delivering game-changing customer experiences.
- Using initiative to ensure sales targets are met.
- Extensive knowledge of Gaming Operations.
- Working closely with senior management, support office who share the same vision.
- Compliance, stock management, training and developing of the team
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the venue.

**The successful applicant will**:

- Have proven experience in a similar role.
- Have a strong understanding of the hotel industry, market trends, customer service standards and how to develop and implement them.
- Current qualifications in order to fulfill the role
- Have the ability to engage and build relationships with local/regular customers
- Understand the importance of leading by example in a professional yet personable manner
- Have a passion and knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
