Staffing and Analytics Specialist

We are currently looking for a Staffing (Resource Management) & People Analytics Specialist to join our Sydney team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will provide resource planning and support for DV Sydney billable staff and work alongside your global counterparts to provide any cross-office staffing support.

**Role and responsibilities**
- Work with Head of People and Talent to provide recommendations for appropriate staffing and teaming of ventures as well as business development and internal investments in line with business needs
- Work with HR Business Partners and Cohort Directors to understand technical requirements, individual preferences and learning opportunities for staffing on ventures
- Maintain constant communication with Talent team to ensure that all relevant temp/contractor positions can be filled quickly and effectively and permanent capacity planning is kept up to date
- Discuss upcoming venture and staffing preferences with billable staff
- Track and report on all staffing movements and requests, with weekly pipeline meeting updates on billability forecast, utilization tracking and identifying any gaps or needs for external resourcing
- Work closely with finance to forecast and track utilization against capacity plan
- Undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis of employee information through analysis of people data, surveys, research and thought leadership to support People planning process
- Create strategic reports that support data-driven decision making for the People & Talent and broader Operations teams
- Create and maintain monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly and annual reports that summarise business performance

**We are looking for**:

- Experience working in a resource allocation or capacity planning role
- Experience with working in dynamic tech / design /agency / consulting environment preferred
- Hands-on experience with people analytics and reporting
- High familiarity with working with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Flexible and adaptable to change as well as driving change
- Ability to influence key strategic stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
- Advanced project management skills including proven success managing implementation of new initiatives within HR
- Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines
- Bachelor degree strongly preferred, or equivalent number of additional years of relevant work experience
