Senior Staffing Administrator

Key job responsibilities- Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new associates for our Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, and Sort Centers.
- Support auditing compliance with defined processes and procedures, including Salesforce management, eligibility, reporting, and associate experience.
- Identify and implement process improvements continually.
- Participate in workforce staffing projects.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels among key stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as requested by Workforce Staffing Managers or Specialists.

Minimum requirements- 6+ months of human resources experience.
- 6+ months of customer service experience.
- 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Office products.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in confidential environments.
- 1+ years of human resources experience.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
