Key job responsibilities
  1. Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new associates for our Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, and Sort Centers.
  2. Support auditing compliance with defined processes and procedures, including Salesforce management, eligibility, reporting, and associate experience.
  3. Identify and implement process improvements continually.
  4. Participate in workforce staffing projects.
  5. Develop and maintain effective communication channels among key stakeholders.
  6. Perform other duties as requested by Workforce Staffing Managers or Specialists.

Minimum requirements
  • 6+ months of human resources experience.
  • 6+ months of customer service experience.
  • 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in confidential environments.
  • 1+ years of human resources experience.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
