Key job responsibilities Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new associates for our Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, and Sort Centers.
Support auditing compliance with defined processes and procedures, including Salesforce management, eligibility, reporting, and associate experience.
Identify and implement process improvements continuously.
Participate in Workforce Staffing projects and develop effective communication processes between stakeholders.
Undertake any other duties as requested by Workforce Staffing Managers or Specialists.
About the team BASIC QUALIFICATIONS6+ months of human resources experience.6+ months of customer service experience.6+ months of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in confidential environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS1+ years of human resources experience.1+ years of customer service experience.1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
