About the Role:

This is a hybrid position—split between remote flexibility and in-clinic leadership across the Greater Brisbane area. You'll be the operational heartbeat of our practice, ensuring smooth day-to-day management while supporting a team of passionate health professionals.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Overseeing clinic operations, staff coordination, and patient experience

· Managing Medicare billing, compliance, and reporting

· Using Best Practice Software to streamline workflows and maintain clinical excellence

· Supporting prescribers and allied health professionals across both conventional and alternative modalities

· Driving innovation in patient engagement and service delivery

· Collaborating on growth strategies and new service rollouts

What We're Looking For:

· Proven experience in a Practice Manager role

· Minimum 3-4 years of Practice Manager experience in the healthcare industry required

· Strong knowledge of Best Practice Software and Medicare billing

· Expert level proficiency in Best Practice Software required

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

· Based in Greater Brisbane with flexibility to work remotely and onsite
