Provide high quality advice and information on and lead a team for the co-ordination and delivery of tenure resolution packages for inclusion in Indigenous Land Use Agreements, including the effective management of client services and land dealings under the Land Act 1994.
The successful applicant will need to liaise with and maintain effective relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, Crown Law, native title representative bodies and State government departments, and interpret and implement legislation, policies and procedures, in particular under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) and the Land Act 1994, in relation to the development and implementation of Indigenous Land Use Agreements.

There are no mandatory requirements for this role, however the position would suit applicants with strong organisational, project management and communication skills and familiarity with the legal and legislative environment in which Indigenous Land Use Agreements are developed and implemented.
