- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fitness, gymnastics, or education sectors.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for fitness, gymnastics, or creating enriching environments for kids.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organised.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

**About your responsibilities...**
- Identify and secure new B2B clients, including schools, gymnastics clubs, fitness centers, and childcare facilities, while nurturing relationships with existing partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging industry insights to identify new opportunities.
- Understand and communicate the benefits of our products, including their aesthetics, functionality, and customisability, to clients.
- Constantly providing insights on trends and areas for improvement.
- Act as a point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with Gym Plus is exceptional.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
