**About the Role**
As a Learning and Development Trainer, your primary responsibility will be delivering and creating training programs for medical imaging specialists and support staff. You will work closely with leaders to identify and address any additional training needs.
In this role, your specific duties will include:
- Facilitating induction programs for new staff members
- Conducting training for individuals and various staff groups
- Rolling out training for new protocols, software, and procedures
- Delivering skills maintenance training for technical staff
- Assisting in the development of technical resources, such as learning plans, session plans, training activities, manuals, assessment tools, and training videos
- Continuously reviewing and improving training programs based on feedback from participants and their leaders
- Mentoring and coaching both new and existing staff
**About You**
To excel in this role, you'll have a continuous improvement mindset, strong communication and engagement skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will enjoy helping others grow and be adept at identifying different learning styles within a group.
You will also embody and champion Benson Radiology's values and behaviours. Specifically, you’ll demonstrate:
- Must have previous experience in healthcare
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- The ability to quickly establish rapport and create a comfortable learning environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability in the face of change
- Qualification in Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment is desired (or willing to undertake)
