**Business Administration Traineeship - Certificate IV in Business**

Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre is a Group Training Organisation who employs apprentices and trainees then places them with Host Organisations. We provide support for all apprentices and trainees by way of our mentoring program which fits in with regular visits to the workplace and TAFE.

**Your duties include**:

- Communication with clients, suppliers & staff to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
- Handling quotes, ordering, sub-contractors etc.
- Keeping documentation up to date in accordance with agreed procedures and standards
- Communicating with management on live projects for orders, variations, scheduling etc.
- Strong focus on OHS
- Undertake administrative and related duties as required
- General maintenance of office area

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Must be an Australian Citizen or hold the right to work in Australia
- Construction Induction Card
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic mindset with a can do attitude
- Willingness to learn and be committed to the full training program
- Exceptional multitasking abilities
- effective time management skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong Computer Skills
