**Our Client**

Our client is a well known brand within the resources, infrastructure and government space nationally.

Their brand is synonymous with high performance communication networks aswell as reliable internet access in remote area employee camps.

**About the role**

This role is for a passionate sales leader with a proven track record of building and developing great sales teams and growing revenue.

This is a strategic and tactical leadership role focusing on lifting team capability, ensuring the continued growth of market share and driving customer satisfaction.

**five years** in a similar Sales Management Role with demonstratable knowledge and experience in managing a growing sales team.

Knowledge and experience dealing within sometimes
**complex sales environment** is a requirement for this role.

**Duties**
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development.
- Ensure that the team is engaging and developing relationships with the market whose strategic needs are aligned with our value proposition.
- Active involvement in key negotiations & tenders.
- Develop strategic business plans to sell to targeted accounts.
- Drive sales processes by delivering quality forecasting and operational performance.

- Minimum five years’ sales management experience.
- Proven team leadership skills and ability to drive revenue and grow pipeline.
- Understanding of complex sales environment.
