About the role

You will manage the successful delivery of the Digital Identity program of work, including maintaining budget and monitoring risk at a program level. You will lead the Program / Project Control Board forum, setting the agenda and managing stakeholder expectations.

The core relationships of the role will be with members of the Charter leadership including the Charter Lead, other Portfolio or Program Managers, Practice Operations Manager, Architects, Lead Engineers, Lead QA, Migration and Change Leads.

**In this role you’ll get to**:
Lead and manage delivery of the Digital Identity program of work aligned to the Digital charter
Plan and proactively monitor overall progress of the program
Develop and lead a highly competent results-oriented program management team, committed to positively contributing to the Bank’s success
Contribute to the successful delivery of the Transformation Program through monitoring the status of the initiative at a program level, identifying program issues and risks and escalating as appropriate
Develop and maintain program resource plan and work with various program stakeholders to identify resourcing roadblocks and secure relevant resourcing overall
Produce ongoing reporting of budget vs actual for the Program including ongoing management of resource time costing

About you

You will have proven program delivery experience in large scale transformation settings, with experience in building delivery teams from program initiation.

**To be successful in the role you will have**:
Significant experience presenting and liaising with executive level stakeholders and committees in gaining endorsement for business cases, benefits realisation, outcome acceptance
Extensive project governance experience with the ability to appropriately size the amount of control and oversight required (financial, risk, issue and scope) proportionate to the scale and impact of the initiative
Able to promptly assess and respond suitably to the problems at hand, whether it be through encouraging solution innovation; rationalising the delivery approach; or sequencing deployment to optimise business outcomes
Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, including facilitation and presentation skills
A proven track record of successfully implementing large initiatives using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
