Are you confident of your customer service skills? Are you an advocate for caring for others? If so, Sequel Home Care is in search of a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to provide high quality care to a diverse range of aged and frail clients. Applicants will need to be computer literate, have the ability to work under pressure and be highly organised with excellent time management and communication skills.

An award-winning provider of care in Australia, we have a reputation for providing our clients with support in an understanding way, through an individualized Care Plan that supports the client's needs and enables them to live the life they desire. Our support workers perform services such as assistance with personal care, meal preparation, domestic care, transportation, respite care and companionship.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with clients, community organisations and support workers.
- Creating and maintaining client schedules using Sequel’s Carer System.
- Rostering shifts for our support workers.

**Key selection criteria**
- Demonstrates proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Proven experience in the delivery of care in a gender, family and culturally sensitive manner.
- Ability to liaise, consult and work within a team environment.
- Ability to coordinate consumer care with regard to lifestyle needs of support workers
- Well-developed verbal and communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $56,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
