Overview:
**Due to an internal promotion within our Marketing team, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join us to support Blackhawk Network APAC.**

**Reporting directly into the APAC Marketing Director and work closely with the wider marketing team, and stakeholders across the business, both locally and globally, including Sales, Product, Client Service and Finance teams, you will help execute marketing projects across the business, whilst providing operational and administrative support to the Marketing team, including reporting and analysis to support the wider marketing division in meeting KPI’s for the business.**

**This role is based from our Melbourne office (Richmond) and operates on a hybrid work model, that will see you in the office two days per week and the remainder based on your preference (work from home or in office).**

**Responsibilities**:

- Helping execute key Marketing projects for the APAC, across Corporate, Enterprise, and Commerce
- Development of marketing materials, helping manage the process from creative brief to execution supporting activity such as product launches, client events, satisfaction surveys, EDM campaigns and presentations. Collate and distribute marketing material and collateral both within the business, and across our communication channels (where required)
- Providing brand and communication support for the business (Internal and external) and individual teams to ensure consistency, quality, creativity
- Providing support to marketing team - events, campaign analysis, EDM/Social reporting
- General administrative support for marketing teams - coordinating team meetings, running reports as required

Qualifications:

- Tertiary Qualification in Business, Marketing, Analytics or Communications
- Experience working in a Marketing function, in a corporate environment (desirable)
- Experience across the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Marketing Tech platforms (e.g. CRM, CMS, Adwords)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and articulate communicator
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload distribution across the marketing team
- Proactive, shows initiative and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities
