**The opportunity**:
We are on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Elka Collective & Review team Reporting directly to Marketing Manager - Elka Collective & Review, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for bringing to life the marketing visions through planning and executing on exciting campaign strategy, content creation, social media, influencer marketing and data analysis to achieve our marketing objectives.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Support the execution of the marketing plan, from design through to briefing and liaising with the digital team on approvals and roll-out
- Maintain website visuals, design homepage changeovers, provide content for website: product imagery, journal entries, and homepage tiles and brief into digital team
- Maintain and support the ecomm image library for the digital team
- Liaise with social media specialist on campaign imagery requirements.
- Support social media specialist on content creation
- Design organic and paid social media content when required.
- Design and liaise with print partners on window decals and/or visuals.
- Design, print and send store signage when required.
- Setup artwork for department store and centre marketing POS lightbox and seasonal visual marketing requirements
- Maintain dropbox of seasonal content for wholesale partners
- Support Marketing manager on organisation of seasonal campaign and eComm shoots
- Aid the completion of the wholesale catalogue
- Liaise with design team on sample management for eComm and Campaign Shoots
- Liaise with PR on sample management and sending of garments as required to showrooms, PR loans
- Support the ad hoc needs of the business to drive traffic and engagement from customers such as in store and PR events, retail roadshows)

**The skills and experience you offer us**:

- Fashion-based experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative suite
- Graphic design skills
- Higher education training in graphics, communications and/or Marketing
