Are you an experienced Program Manager with a passion for data and analytics? An exciting opportunity awaits for you to be part of an impactful analytics transformation program. The Analytics project will deliver the next generation financial reporting and transform our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in creating end-to-end analytics and streamlining our operations for unparalleled efficiency. We are seeking to transform our company culture from traditional data collection to a future powered by data-driven decision making and invaluable insights.

**This is a 12-month fixed term contract.**

Key responsibilities include:_**
- Manage a diverse portfolio of Data & Analytics projects from inception to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to co-develop and document requirements.
- Develop and execute delivery plans, adhering to timelines, resource availability and budget.
- Manage offshore delivery team to deliver defined D&A projects in an agile delivery method.
- Write user stories and develop success criteria.
- Lead business acceptance testing.
- Plan and execute the transition from projects to business-as-usual (BAU) operations, ensuring a seamless handover.
- Manage a backlog enhancement list, prioritize based on business criticality.
- Challenge and improve business processes and the ways data is used throughout the organisation.
- Champion the use of the analytics solutions and find opportunities to transform data into actionable insights that inform our organisation’s strategic and tactical business decisions.
