**Position**: Technical Lead

**Engagement Duration**: 6 months (initial)

**Overview**: We seek a dynamic Technical Lead for an initial 6-month engagement, contributing to both the project portfolio and BAU tasks. The upcoming initiatives encompass enhancing technology resiliency, streamlining processes, and elevating communication channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Leadership**: Collaborate on projects spanning web, mobile, and app channels, ensuring alignment with business stakeholder needs.
- **Business Alignment**: Develop compelling business cases for upcoming projects, securing necessary sponsorship, and supporting the RFP process. Manage BAU operations, resolve incidents promptly, and drive continuous process improvements.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Cultivate relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from middle management to executives, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- **Technology Leadership**: Provide visionary leadership in technology, guiding the team with strategic insights and innovative solutions.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance requirements set forth by Group Audit and the Cybersecurity team.
