**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity is available for an APAC Sponsorship Sales Account Manager to join Australia’s fastest-growing events company. This unique role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a background in sales and account management. You’ll oversee a significant portfolio of key accounts (valued at AUD 2M+), drive revenue growth, and secure new business opportunities.

**Role Overview**:
The primary focus is on building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients. You’ll understand their business needs and deliver tailored sponsorship proposals that align with their objectives. Managing some of the company’s largest accounts, you’ll ensure client satisfaction, drive account growth, and secure new partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales and Business Development: Identify potential sponsors, pitch sponsorship packages or bespoke event solutions, and close deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients through consultative selling, ensuring partnership offerings meet their objectives.
- Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensure the seamless delivery of sponsorship entitlements, and act as the main point of contact for sponsorship-related queries.
- Proposal Development: Create customized sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to clients' goals.
- Market Research: Analyse industry trends and identify new business opportunities to keep sponsorship offerings competitive and relevant.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including events, delegate management, marketing, and content, to ensure successful delivery of client agreements.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales activities, forecast revenue growth, and document interactions using Salesforce to manage leads and opportunities.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven Experience: A strong background in commercial event sales, with a clear track record of exceeding revenue targets (AUD 2M+ annually).
- Top Performer: Demonstrated success as a high-achieving sales professional and top biller in your current role.
- Account Management Expertise: Experience managing a high volume of accounts (40+), with the ability to grow existing relationships and secure new business.
- APAC Market Knowledge: Strong relationships and experience within the APAC region are highly desirable.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel and attend events is required.
