Sunnybank Private Hospital is seeking a casual Administration Officer. Working within the Health Information Services Department the role will report to the Senior Health Information Manager and will be responsible for providing medical records support. Key functions will include:

- **Retrieve, track and archive medical records**
- **Filing of patient correspondence into medical records**
- **Process request for patient information to other health care providers**

**About You**
- Commit to our Safe Values
- Have excellent understanding of Australian Privacy obligations
- Have demonstrable experience in medical records administration
- Have excellent computer literacy and experience in using WebPAS or other specialised computer based systems
- Be able to appropriately manage competing priorities
- Previous hospital administration experience is preferred but not required
