About the Role
- Undertake local scanning processes including retrieval of scanning batches throughout Redland Hospital campus, preparation, and delivery to the Logan Scanning Unit. Audit and report on quality scanning processes throughout Bayside Health Service including processing and distribution of Riskman/deficiencies received from Logan Scanning unit. Manage paper medical record processes including offsite medical record requests and returns, missing records, HBCIS tracking and quality audits. Undertake delivery of urgent/adhoc requests for medical records as required throughout Redland Hospital Campus. Support managers to undertake service improvement projects providing all levels of support including process review, policy and procedure review and development, implementation, a quality and education and ongoing evaluation.
