Rostering and Operations Associate
This role is needed to work closely with the Home Care Manager and Administration team and Bookkeeping Team, to ensure all clients and staff feel satisfied at the end of each week.
You will be the key responsible person for rostering on several days of the week, and responsible for roster quality control daily and overall. You will also be instrumental in recruitment of care workers, ensuring their induction and training processes occur in a timely manner and undertaking a target number of community engagement calls each week.
A supportive personality is needed for the role, and because it is a small business, self-learning from Work Manuals is required as there will frequently be times you are thrown in the deep end.
4 - 5 days per week needed.
Must live local. Call Delliah. Small down to earth care business with profit sharing. Must live in our northern beaches or lower north shore operating territories, local to our clients and referral network. Must have an easy going personality and twinkle in the eye for people, due to a number of distressed or anxious clients, staff or difficult situations that occur routinely, and workers also calling in daily with issues that they need support for their role in the direct care frontlines. We are looking for someone who is a true people-person and enjoys trying to understand client and staff needs, leaving clients and staff feeling satisfied by the end of each.
