**The Team**:
This role leads the BizCover Partnerships function. The team are responsible for developing and managing partnerships across Australia, that help create mutually beneficial relationships that contribute to the growth of BizCover. The partnerships team is made up of people who are passionate about creating a great customer experience for both the partner and the end customer and are driven to achieve great results.

**The Role**:
This role’s primary function is to lead the partnership function to develop and drive a partnership strategy that drives growth and delivers a first class customer experience and meets key business targets.

**Requirements**:
**Partnership Development**
- Identify new partnership opportunities, including new markets, new partners.
- Build relationships with new prospects, understand their needs and develop proposals to address these needs
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for all clients

**Relationship/Account Management**:

- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with partners
- Develop strategic account plans for major partners with a focus on client growth
- Work with marketing team to develop marketing./account plans for growth of smaller accounts in the referral portal
- Ensure that all partner queries, complaints and concerns are addressed in a timely fashion
- Regular meetings with key partnerships

**Team Management**
- Lead the partnership team to ensure they manage partner relations and development in line with BizCover objectives
- Set goals and plans for the team to ensure they meet the team objectives
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture

**General**
- Customer Experience: Working with technology, sales and customer care to ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience to our SME clients
- Customer acquisition: working with marketing and operations on developing marketing and sales initiatives designed to drive sales and improve account growth
- Product: Working with product to develop solutions to meet partner needs
- Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats

**What do I need to be successful?**

**Industry experience**:

- Financial services/insurance experience
- Experience working with a business where SMEs are the end customer (desirable)

**Qualifications**:Degree in a business, marketing or other commercial focused qualifications desirable.

**Additional Experience**
- Successful track record in onboarding, managing and growing accounts
- Ability to build first class client relationships with partners
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Very good problem-solving ability
- Able to work under high pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Demonstrate BizCover values on a daily basis.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
