Due to our continued success we are seeking an
**growing our already successful team of consultants**, along with the overall performance & financial outcomes of the region.

You will be skilled in account management and understand the importance of valued relationships with our current customers as well as being motivated to identify new opportunities for business development. You will be exposed to outcome, revenue and billable figures for your team and will be required to demonstrate commercial skills and accountability.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Establish and execute **a strategic growth plan,** working closely with our state and national management team to continue the **growth of our northern NSW region.**:

- **Drive operational performance deliverables,** including customer performance outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Oversee the northern NSW region team’s day-to-day **service delivery of our rehabilitation services**, ensuring consistently timely, value-laden and customer focused service delivery.
- **People management** and development responsibility for our northern NSW team.
- Account Management including relationship management of current customers as well as business development of new opportunities.

**About you**
- Demonstrated Occupational Rehabilitation senior experience - (mandatory), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist;
- Strong & current understanding of NSW workers comp legislation - (mandatory);
- People management experience - (highly regarded);
- Passion for motivating individuals, creative thinking and achievement of outcomes;
- The ability to communicate effectively and vary your management approach;
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving;
- Honesty, integrity, good team attitude and positive approach;
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement;
- Strong relationship building skills and a passion for account management.

Applicants will be required to obtain a current valid Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
