As a junior team member, you’ll gain exposure to exciting projects, work alongside experienced professionals, and get a feel for what a future at GHD could look like.

You might find yourself supporting design teams, contributing to bids and tenders, or even getting involved in occasional site work. While there’s no formal program for casual roles, you’ll have the chance to develop foundational skills, expand your network, and explore potential career pathways within GHD.
