Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering informed, strategic and targeted marketing of Wiise’s products and features to communicate value, increase engagement and leads, and therefore revenue through both new signups and expansion. This crucial role works across the business with product management, the broader marketing team and sales and channel teams to ensure that Wiise clearly communicates how new features and products meet the needs of our customers through targeted and compelling product launches, campaigns and marketing collateral.

As a product evangelist, this person will understand our customers' needs and pain points, how Wiise solves those problems, and the broader competitive landscape and context. They’ll translate this knowledge into identifying and developing content that provides customers and prospects with value and insights. They’ll also devleop sound product marketing strategies and plans and continuously measure cut-through and engagement across the customer journey.

**Your Opportunity**
- Learn and deeply understand Wiise features and benefits and articulate clear value propositions.
- Create launch plans and product positioning for new features to ensure a successful product launch and adoption
- Develop product marketing collateral and supporting assets to enhance conversion.
- Identify the product features to spotlight and empower the sales and channel team with clear value propositions
- Understand customer pain points, concerns and interests and identify and develop content that adds value
- Explains benefits of product features via customer-facing messaging
- Research our ideal customer profiles to deeply understand customer needs and market Wiise’s value accordingly
- Craft product positioning and messaging that attracts target customers and motivates action.
- Work with marketing to develop and execute a content marketing calendar that targets key target audiences, encourages engagement and optimises SEO
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other marketing team members to design, develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of product marketing materials including webpages, product toolkits, blogs and other assets that showcase the value of the Wiise product
- Train the sales teams on the product messaging, positioning and competitive differentiators to ensure we have a cohesive voice, support sales enablement and ultimately drive revenue.
- Work with the Partner and Product teams to create, review and update enablement assets including how-to guides, product release notes and sales enablement collateral.
- Follow and analyze market trends and competitor propositions to ensure a compelling Wiise proposition
- Take a data-driven approach to test copy, campaigns and product propositions and ensure that lead and conversion KPI’s are met

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

- Experience as a Product Marketing Manager in a similar SaaS organization
- An understanding of or an ability to learn the value of enterprise resource planning (ERP) products
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing systems (e.g. HubSpot) and a working knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar etc)
- A Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science / Information Technology, Accounting or Business or similar
- Hands-on experience using an ERP system and understanding of business processes will be highly regarded
