A leading Sydney-based scale-up is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their team and lead on taking new products and features to market.

This company operates in the B2B Marketplace space and has leveraged a unique position to be the leading player in the space. Their solution has improved efficiencies for small businesses across the country, and most likely yourself as an end user.
- Must be Sydney based, and happy to head into the CBD office 2-3 days per week
- $130K-$150K+S
- Share scheme for all employees

**The Role**:
You'll be responsible for establishing and driving product marketing, acting as the conduit between marketing, product, growth, and technical teams. With multiple feature releases per month, you need to be someone who doesn't get bogged down in the detail and has the ability to test and optimise on the go.

This role will be well suited to someone who has strong product marketing fundamentals, such as positioning, messaging, and driving GTM plans, coupled with a very analytical mindset where decisions happen based on the data.

**Desired Experience**:

- Exprience in Product Marketing within SaaS
- Experience in a product-led environment
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability across technical and non-technical teams
- An ability to craft compelling copy and differentiate to test and optimise
- A track record of developing sucessful GTM programmes and strategies
