SIXT Australia is seeking a** Permanent Full Time** role as **Duty Manager** to join our team at **Melbourne Airport**.

**Your Opportunity**:
As an **Duty Manager** of **Melbourne Airport**, you will be responsible for:

- Day to day operational support
- Supervising front house work groups including Rental Sales Officers
- Daily mentoring and coaching front of house team to maximise and drive sales
- Maintaining a strong and positive focus on customer service and be responsible for conflict management and resolving customer concerns
- Achieving targets and KPIs
- Reporting
- Daily fleet management
- Dealing with customers and resolving issues
- Day to day people & performance management
- Delivering high audit and compliance standards for the business.

**About You**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to pass a full drug and alcohol test
- Current Driver's Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Valid National Criminal History Check (if you don’t have a valid check currently, you will be required to complete one if you’re shortlisted).
