Reporting to a General Counsel, and working closely with a team of professionals, you'll enjoy a busy and varied role as well as ongoing training and support.

Some of your responsibilities, will include but not limited to;
- preparing loan documentation
- drafting correspondence and a wide range of legal documents
- arranging and attending settlements
- liaising with banks and other parties
- preparing client reports
- general administration

**integral member **of an established & polished professional team, working with external lawyers and managing your own workload autonomously.

**Location**:
Inner Eastern suburbs - close to M1 freeway access and public transport.

**About you...**
- Previous experience (**_min. 3 years_** ) as a Mortgage Clerk/Settlements Clerk
- Be a self-starter with a friendly pro-active team approach;
- Have excellent communication skills at all levels and a strong 'client service' focus;
- Well developed drafting skills and attention to detail;
- Be able to multi-task and manage competing priorities;
- Have a good sense of humour and enjoy being part of a busy & professional team
